This website serves as a memorial for James Jealous D.O.
and his life's work.
Dr. Jealous is the founder and developer of Biodynamics of Osteopathy.
Much beloved and known affectionately as Jim, he graduated in 1970 from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Missouri - now the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences.
Dr. Jealous practiced as an osteopathic physician for many years in New England whilst developing Biodynamics of Osteopathy, and then transitioned into teaching, writing and recording full time. He received invaluable administrative assistance from Tari Sargent as he developed his teaching program.
In the early 1990's he called his teaching a Biodynamic View of Osteopathy in the Cranial Field.....and this was later shortened to the Biodynamics of Osteopathy.
As a deeply spiritual person, he felt most at home in the natural world. He also travelled extensively and eventually settled in Oregon.
He continues to be with us.........to influence and inspire through the work he created..........
